At Ha Giang Wander, we strive to provide the most authentic and professional travel experiences. Because our tours involve advanced coordination with local guides, drivers, and ethnic homestays, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness for both our guests and our local partners.
1. Cancellation Fees
The cancellation fee is calculated based on the date we receive your written notice via Email, WhatsApp, or Zalo:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus a 5% administrative and transaction fee).
15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
Less than 7 days or No-show: 100% of the total tour price (No refund).
2. Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexibility if you need to change your travel dates:
Free Rescheduling: If notified at least 10 days before the start date (subject to the availability of our SUV fleet, motorbikes, and accommodation).
Late Changes: Within 10 days of departure, a small surcharge may apply to cover pre-paid local services.
3. Force Majeure (Weather & Safety)
Ha Giang’s mountainous terrain can be affected by unpredictable weather. If we must cancel a tour due to extreme conditions (landslides, heavy storms, or government restrictions):
We will suggest an alternative route or reschedule your trip.
If no agreement is reached, a Full Refund will be issued (minus any non-refundable costs already paid for permits or third-party bookings).
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Any banking or transaction fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer.
