TERMS & CONDITIONS – HA GIANG WANDER

Welcome to Ha Giang Wander. To ensure a transparent and professional experience for all our guests, please review our official tour policies and regulations below:

1. Pricing and Liability

  • All tour prices are subject to amendment should transporters or hoteliers adjust their rates prior to the commencement of the tour.

  • Ha Giang Wander will notify clients as early as possible if any price adjustments occur to reach a mutual agreement.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges will be made for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services included in the tour price that are not utilized by the tour member.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the sole responsibility of the tour members to ensure they possess valid passports and necessary visas before the trip.

  • Ha Giang Wander cannot be held responsible for any disruption to the tour caused by invalid or missing personal documentation.

4. Responsibility and Itinerary Adjustments

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all information printed on flight tickets, train tickets, and other similar documents is correct as requested.

  • Detailed programs and schedules are subject to change by airlines or due to weather conditions and daily operational requirements. Consequently, itineraries may be adjusted.

  • In such events, Ha Giang Wander will do everything in its power to assist participants with alternative arrangements. However, this is done as a courtesy, and we cannot be held responsible for denied boarding or any additional costs incurred.

5. Amendments, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

  • Amendment Fee: An amendment fee of 30 USD per person will be applied each time a confirmed booking requires changes. Any additional costs arising from these changes shall be borne by the traveler.

  • Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or our official communication channels.

  • Cancellation Charges:

    • More than 30 days prior to departure: No cancellation fee, however, the tour deposit is non-refundable.

    • 25 – 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total tour price.

    • 15 – 25 days before arrival: 40% of the total tour price.

    • 7 – 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total tour price.

    • Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.

  • Note: Ha Giang Wander will review each cancellation case individually to consider potential discounts on cancellation charges where possible.

6. Travel Insurance and Safety

  • Ha Giang Wander highly recommends that all travelers obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy before departure.

  • Ha Giang Wander is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by passengers during the tour.

  • Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, or political unrest must be borne by the passengers.

  • Participation in any of our tours or services implies full agreement to the terms and conditions stated above by all parties involved.
